You may request men shoe order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, as long as the footwear order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once a men shoe order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
If your footwear order has already shipped, you may submit a return application after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

We will attempt to update the delivery address before the shoe order enters processing or shipping arrangements, but address modifications cannot be guaranteed once order fulfillment has started.
